I can't find the video or even a still picture on the web, although I don't know why. But I can give you a mental picture of the way it looked. On Letterman a couple of weeks later, he had products you could buy, and one of them was the Joe Theismann pencil sharpener. It was a cutout of Joe with his right leg being the hand crank. That 90 degree angle at the shin is exactly how it looked in real life.

uuuhhh... why would we? Why would we 'glorify' such a horrible moment in sports?
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

Gibbs called for another onside kick and it worked as well, with Greg Williams making the recovery at the New York 46.

Wow, he helped us that night, and now he's our defensive coordinator.

I watched the game on tv. I remember Lawrence Taylor face when he went close to see the nature of the injury. He was as frustrated and sorry for Joe as I have ever seen a player in a game after an injury.

It was a great game though. The kind of game that a Redskin fan will never forget.
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

The current defensive coach is Gregg Williams, I think we're talking two different people, JS.
