Red... I'm happy to see you're acknowledging both sides of the debate. I know you're a fan of Banks', but remaining objective is nice to see around here.

My posting of Keim's position on this current discussion is consistent with my posting of Keim's position (which reflected your opinion) during ...

Ok I found a highlight video of Banks. Now from what I see on his successful plays vs now. Banks is hesitating too much instead of just making up his mind and going for it.

Maybe we shouldnt give up on him so soon. He may find his way and then we will have a great returner. Just so long as he ...

John Keim relates to ATX's frustration with Banks
It’s a bit amazing that Brandon Banks’ blunders haven’t hurt the Redskins in a big way, between fumbles in other games and trying to return a punt from the goal-line. But now that the games will start becoming more important, how nervous will he ...

John Keim on why Forbath is doing well and Gano and Cundif didn't do well here
Said this after Kai Forbath’s debut and I’ll say it again: The guy doesn’t worry about any outside factors when he’s kicking, he just kicks . The Redskins used to get frustrated with Graham Gano because of how he’d ...

Oline - First game I ever seen Ware not have a sack. I know a few others got in free a few times but with the rotation of Ware everywhere along the line I thought they did pretty good.

Will Montgomery explains the strategy on holding Ware to no sacks:

Limited straight dropbacks
Play action ...

Mike Shanahan answers ATX's concerns about Banks:

“There’s a common sense that prevails and then there’s a mindset of you have to fair catch it or keep it in the end zone. It’s tough with a guy that believes he can make plays. We’ll take a hard look at it and make sure he makes the best ...

Yup. it's part of the whole package, and sets up other things... and every once in a while, he's going to pop through the line and end up with a one on one matchup against a CB... who wins that one?

I agree and will add a little more:

One of the things that Doc Walker said on ESPN980 today ...

The prevent sissy crap haz to go asap... The aggressive D caused turnovers and PREVENTED touch downs. Pretty clear what to do to me...

As for Hall.. ya winning by more on the card is cool... But like Red said, risking injury to other players on ko and D is pointless.
And as a certified puke HATER ...

I am bringing the Banks debate back to life. I want him gone. He is awful.

Enough of the speed kills crap this guy is not only a liability he's a terrible returner.

I was wondering where ATX was.

No doubt Banks' value as a kick returner is nil at this point. He is either fielding punts ...

Tonight showed the potential of this team.
Without a doubt we have our own triplets:

RGIII
Alfred Morris
Pierre Garcon

With these three healthy and our O is clicking.

For the most part, I thought the play calling was better than in most games. I still don't understand the number wide pitches ...

I'd have taken it in... It's Dallas. I'm surprised he didn't... as a Redskins fan, he knows the history... when you have them down... give them an extra kick.

It was a bang bang play... no one would have called him selfish for scoring...

And yet, after all the years of "Meangelo" I'll commend ...

Kevin Barnes plus he can play safety. I don't see how he was let go and we keep someone like Reed Doughty..........

With a CB poor defense like the Lions letting Barnes, perhaps Barnes isn't as good as a lot of folks think he is.

I loved the enthusiasm we had on Defense. Even if we are lacking in talent they played with heart that was missing most of the year. Then again playing Dallas on Turkey day will be a better measuring stick.

Merriweather was a BEAST out there. INT and tough, hard hits....HAIL YEAH
