Champ is defintely a top 3 DB. Everyone gets burned a couple of times. Champ had to come in week in and week out and defend other team's top WR. I like the trade, because that gives Gibbs his stud RB, and we all know Gibbs loves his O-line and his RB.

Cooley will be a good draft pick, so let Flemister go. I didn't like him too much anyway.

I see Bugel really helping CS and CS will turn into what we expected when we drafted him right behind LA. He will automatically make our line better and Brunell/Ramsey whoever starts will have more protection. This will also help Portis prove that he wasn't just a product of the Denver line.

Great news that our star defensive player likes Taylor. Hopefully they will help each other out and along with Gregg Williams, get our D respectability.

Gibbs knows what he's doing. He will start the guy that he feels is the best option to getting us some wins. I trust him a lot.

Hopefully we can make the playoffs, but we are in possibly the toughest division in the NFL.(NFC South is also very tough) It's gonna be hard for the teams in both these divisions to get even the wild card spot with all these teams evenly matched. Everyone will split games and that will mean more ...

I don't think any of them are even in the top 25 HS players for their positions. This is just plain stupid. I hope 1 gets drafted and gets hit hard and not be able to keep up with the pro level, just to set an example that HS can't play NFL ball.

It depends on what we use the rest of our money on. If we sign a safety, then draft Udeze, if we draft a DE then draft Sean Taylor.

I hate to say this and I hope I don't jinx Portis and the Skins, but Portis has missed a couple of games the last couple of years(similar to faulk, they both miss about 2 or 3 games a year) Trung did great backing up Faulk, when he was injured and his contract really isn't that bad(if it's under a ...

Warren Sapp

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned since I'm new here, but have any of you guys given thought to maybe signing Warren Sapp to fill in our DE hole? I'm not sure if we can afford him and he is a jacka**, but he still can play.

I hope somehow we can get him, but like Smizzy says, it doesn't look likely. As long as we get someone to play DE in the draft or remainder of FA i'll be happy.

Hey, I'm new here. Looks like a great forum. I love the signing of Gibbs as our coach. He still knows football, it's like riding a bicycle, you will never forget it. Hopefully our O-line will be healthy and Portis can run wild, like he did in Denver. The big key for us is health. Portis has missed a ...
