Young may be rated lower but not for long. This guy is a rookie, left college early to go pro and he can hold his own out on the field. He has no place to go but up. Can you say that about Mark Brunell? Hardly.

QBs get paid the big bucks for a reason--they have to provide leadership, keep the offense on the field for AT LEAST half the game, and score points. The Mark Brunells of the world are there to back up real first ...

It's not Gibbs who needs to be fired, it's Snyder. How do you have a payroll so fat with talent so thin you have Brunell, a borderline backup QB, as your starter? Why do you trade away a Champ Bailey? So we can watch him make world-class defensive plays every week for the Broncos?

I don't get it.

I think the Cowboys and the Indians both have the same problem--trying to play in the NFL with QBs that aren't good enough to be starters. What worked in the Kilmer days (yeah I was there and in the stands) won't work in an era of lightning fast gigantic defensive squads.

QBs need to be taller ...
