i agree. arch, in my mind, is a pumped up a little more than he should be. he will be alot more expensive than clark, but you guys know snyder. he purges the roster yearly with higher priced talent. that is why the skins never win when it counts. too many new players and new money. i would stick ...

no guy, its levar woods. he played 4 years in 'zona and then played the last 6 games for the lions last year, starting the last three. he told me arch sounded pretty excited after talking to williams and was calling guys who play/have played for williams to see if he thought he would fit in out ...

my buddy who plays for the lions, works out with arch down in phoenix in the off-season. he said arch was talking about a conversation he had with greg williams on the phone about heading to washington. it sounds like a very real possibility to me.

sure, you cut bowen. i expect that, though he will be scooped up by another team quickly. clark is going to hit the market, and taylor is on trial. depth is a good thing my friend. who plays saftey now? doesn't sound very smart to me, but what do i know, i live in chicago. just sounds funny.

it's not about the dollar amount to these guys. if the team expects them to be loyal and do whats best for the team, then they, in return, should do what is best for the player. don't give me this garbage about mark not being a team guy because he won't re-do his contract. the guy signed a contract ...

the problem for a everyone is teams who have huge cap space, like green bay (20mil.) once all of these players are cut, and they will be cut, teams such as the packers will gladly scoop them up. cut reynaldo wynn? that guy is one of the leaders of your defense! james thrash is a special teams star ...

lynch, dawkins, and harrison have never been waiting for a trial date either. i'm not talking about this kid on the field, his is a rare athlete, we all know this, i'm talking about the image he sets for himself. i wouldn't want a saftey who didn't deliever dirty hits, they are part of the game ...

i'm not saying the kid is guility, and you are right, i wasn't there, but I do think you guys should prepare in the case he does go away for a while. you never see rodney harrison doing the things he does, or john lynch, or brian dawkins. and i believe mike brown was a pro-bowler this year.

i do, and i believe there is such a thing called "freedom of speech" as well. I just find it funny to read about who you guys bow down to this kid, year after year, while he stays in the news for all of the wrong reasons. what a joke.

i just find it hard to believe that we, the fans, really care more about guys being on the field, no matter what their past is. as long as they play, and play well, we support them, even if they are facing jail time.not someone i would have looked up to when i was a kid, or as an adult for that ...

clements isn't going to go anywhere if he is not the starter. springs got over 10 million to sign, and that was two years ago. clements will ask for around 12 million for a oinus. get him, and forget about a wideout, or any other player for that matter.

i thought this was kind of interesting. i found it on pro football weekly in the "way we here it" section of the nfc east. what do you guys think about this?

hey, every db in the nfl takes a bad angle now and then. mike brown does it for us, even urlacher, you just notice it more when it is a db, but those guys on offense get paid also. i think bowen would fit in well here, same with jacobs because of the connection with grossman.

bowen and jacobs

I already posted this, but in the wrong forum (i'm new, give me a little slack), however, My bears buddies and I were talking and wondering, why didn't bowen and jacobs play that much this year? bowen was a playmaker before he got hurt, and jacobs was a blazer at florida. what is their status going ...

bears looking for some help

I only chime in every once in a while, staying mostly on bears fan sites, but as I said before we are in need of a saftey and a wideout. can anyone tell me why bowen didn't play much this year (21 straight starts before the knee injury), and jacobs (former 2nd round pick)? we could use some depth at ...

bowen sounds interesting. we could use a vetran saftey who has been in some battles. i know lovie thinks highly of hanes, but with the year alex brown had, i can't call it. jacobs came out of college with a lot of hype, didn't he?
