personally, I am happy to see Gibbs go. My feelings have remained the same since midseason. The game has passed him by. I suspect we have been through more coaches the past 10 years than any franchise in the NFL but lets all face the facts, the new Gibbs was a .500 (mediocre) coach. This franchise ...

Eagles showed some heart and helped to expose the patriots a little. Wish we showed up against the pats. We lack that character and heart right now.

Portis is going downhill. The game has passed Gibbs by. This once glorious franchise sucks right now and has been bad ever since Danny came to town. JKC would be ashamed the way Danny has completely sold out this team in the name of $$.

I think we have a good chance here but I fear that all this overconfidence will jinx us. They've won 9 out of last 11. nice win today. Nice to finally enjoy a football game. Cannot take anything good out of this year yet. This team still needs a personell overhaul and a new attitude. It starts with the top #1 danny #2 gibbs. Anyone wonder how good we could have been if the man upstairs stuck it out with Marty?

gotta root for Dallas even though I hate the the Philly fans as much as I hate TO. Philthy is the bigger threat, scarier team and I can't stand the though of them winning the division again. All the press these fans are getting right now makes me sick. When was the last time the skins fans were ...

From what I remember he had some nagging hamstring injuries first few years but has been pretty healthy the past two. Fast, young dude though. Steal for the them too considering we gave up the same amount for duckett. Philly is starting to worry me a little more... they looked good on that Friday ...

Having been to Redskins games at Giants stadium and in Philadelphia there is definitely a more lively, loud, energetic atmosphere compared to Fedex. Fedex is a bit more corporate of an atmosphere and this is reflected by the fact that fans do not get up on their feet. It really ups the energy and ...

Worst trade
Washington Redskins: Gave up a late round pick and inexplicably dealt a second-rounder next year to trade up with the Jets in Round 2 and pick Rocky McIntosh. I like the Miami linebacker, but not that much to give away a big portion of the 2007 draft.

That's because the Eagles stockpile picks and don't trade them away like we do.

Gibbs is obviously a great coach but the front office routinely gets schooled in the draft because of the skins unwillingness to "stockpile" picks leading to little maneuverability and impact.

Championship Odds

Current odds per ESPN has us at 20:1 behind the Cowboys, Eagles, and Giants to win SB 41. Is this an issue of respect, or do we really have that many questions heading into next year? I will be putting some $$ on the skins regardless, but maybe I am just an optimisic homer  8)
