I disagree with this statement, if you watch his last year he was always close to getting the quarterback, but our whole team was struggling. We didn't have dominating Safeties back then.

No way, Gibbs wouldn't want anyone who doesn't have the desire to really be a football player. I mean he has the talent, but no heart. Gibbs buys have heart.
