I have a gut feeling that McNabb is not liked by the players on our team for whatever reason, and if true is reason enough to not want to see him back.

Anthony Armstrong, Donovan McNabb would be the quarterback of the Washington Redskins in 2011.

The breakout wide receiver made it clear for ...

I'm not sure you can call it a "team" workout, with the number of guys that were there.

Donovan McNabb did not “practice with the Eagles” as some have reported (and as I headlined an article a short time ago).

After seeing the details in a report on CSN Philly, this was not anything remotely ...

I think Rogers needs to have an eye examination. There is no way a professional athlete can have hand/eye coordination that poor.

I haven't posted in a while. Interesting season so far isn't it? I have no clue what to expect from this team week to week.

Has anyone ever thought about trying out Thomas as a RB? I've been thinking about this lately and it might be a way to get him on the field.

Irn, you contradict yourself a bit. You start by saying that accuracy is one of JC's strong suits and then later in your post you say the checkdowns, etc. were designed to limit Campbell weaknesses. Check downs have to be the easiest throw in the book of pass types. If he's so accurate, why was the ...

That's kind of what I was trying to say, if his stats are padded its because of the checkdowns and playcalling accounting for a lack of protection, not because we have elite pass catchers. But people will spew any kind of rhetoric to try and prove a point. I'll remember never to use stats again on ...

Apparently, because JC finished in the top half of the league this year in QB Rating and Completion % there seems to be some weird consensus among the anti-different QB Redskin fans that he is capable of running the offense for another year.

I have been scouring the net for a hot minute trying to ...

This thread keeps getting funnier and funnier. Not a single Campbell apologist has even attempted to refute legitimate concerns about his shortcomings as a QB. It always goes back to: top 10 stats in blah blah blah. I and a few others have wasted too much time trying to explain it. The apologists ...

I agree with a lot of this post... though I'd like a D with Sean Taylor, a healthy Sean Springs, and a healthy Marcus Washington better than this one... but we do have above average talent on this team, and we've been getting average or below average results for years... there are owners that won't ...

Re: Key Matchup Problems

It doesn't matter that Simms said it. The platitude is simply stupid. The quarterback isn't alone out there on the field. Third downs are extremely difficult for a team that simply can't run the football. Most of our failures to get a first down came because too many running failures caused third ...

Re: Key Matchup Problems

The post should have been a massive pass except that the added absudity of the paragraph about passing causes a huge credibily cap. First, it ignores other valid drives achieved by passing and then, second, it throws out the two scoring drives. Any passing attack would get a failing mark if you ...

This whole Campbell thing is a disgusting copout, man. The Redskins don't make a committment to establishing the run. That's the root of their problem. I'm very curious/anxious to see what happens at the game this week. Local radio is going to throw gallons of gas on the fire. I was actually surprised that the national media notices our discontent. At least we're starting to be heard.
