I will say that some of it has to do with recievers dropping passes, but he does tend to hesitate ...

JC has been pretty good. I mean, the O Line sucks, but the adjustments and the decisions that he has made have been good overall. He had one low throw to Sellers and the long pass to Moss is debatable, but other than that..
