It sounds an awful lot like he's making no effort to improve his game. Another draft pick wasted on a receiver.
I hate to read too much into it, but his answer was really uninspiring. I want to hear a guy who is super motivated to go out and prove that he deserves to get paid.
Man I'm not even ...

The U.S. team is going to need someone other than Megan Rapinoe to step up or they won't be seeing the Finals.

Re: 2019 Offseason Chatter
We took Haskins with 1 pick.
We traded 2 2nds to take Sweat.
I'm not going to read anything written by someone who thinks it was the other way around just to suit their agenda

Re: 2019 Offseason Chatter
Nobody and I mean nobody was going to take Haskins in the first round after us.
There is no possible way you could know if a team would have taken Haskins had he still be on the board. He wasn't on the board for teams to have to make that decision. We can't even guess along with our own GM much ...

Re: 2019 Offseason Chatter
I don't care who the QB is. Coming out of college pretty much every single one is a high stakes gamble. Fans judging these guys on having watched a few college football seasons doesn't sway me much. TBH even pro scouts and GMs judging and drafting these guys don't have the greatest track record ...

Re: 2019 Offseason Chatter
Not a Haskins hater per say but i personally would not have drafted him. Just me. I think we could have done better in the draft and at QB but to be honest i like all our picks but one which realistically cost us a 2nd round pick next year. I have already explained how this happened but for clarity ...

Re: 2019 Offseason Chatter
I think with our new speed rusher Montez Sweat making opposing QBs get rid of the ball fast and Moreland's instincts the short window those QBs will have will be easy pickings and Moreland could be having his instincts put to good use knowing the ball will be coming out quick

Re: 2019 Offseason Chatter
btw I would say that not adjusting is a bigger issue than predictability. If you don't have the guys to run the ball the way you want to, then FFS you have to find something that you CAN do well.

Re: 2019 Offseason Chatter
And quite the contrary, Gruden runs the ball a lot- just on the most predictable moments like on first down. He lead the league in first down runs if im not mistaken... And due to the lack of creativity, it was nearly always for little to no gain. So we are in the hole on 2nd down more times then ...

This was the plan all along so why NFL.com is reporting it like it's news is beyond me. We already knew Flowers wasn't replacing Williams or Moses at tackle.
Exactly. He must have been playing Tackle in camp and getting his are handed to him. That must have been where the he was not looking good ...

One thing that always stands out to me is that you have to play players to know if you have anything in them. I don't believe in benching rookies just because they are rookies.

He'll play special teams first and then as soon as someone gets injured (which never happens to the Redskins) he will be starting.

There's no way in hell Flowers could be worse than Shaun Lauvao was 75% of the time. It's not humanly possible.
Was Lauvao actually bad? Or was he just hurt all the time? Or both? I honestly can't remember.

I find that hard to believe since he's not even able to play guard right now with the absence of Trent Williams. Not only do we not have Trent but there's no way to know how they play next to each other. I suppose it's possible Flowers is that bad but nothing I saw of him at guard said he's worse ...

The only question I have is why Trent wouldn't see his own doctor instead of the team doctor for a non-football-related medical issue.
