Re: Collinsworth blames cap for Redskins' woes

Collinsworth is spot on- any coach would struggle with the type of cap hit the 'Skins had to endure. I also thought that was pretty bold to even mention that topic much less express how ludicrous it was given the contracts were "approved by the league".

It sure doesn't make it any easier to watch ...

i never thought much of DT Bobby Wilson.

I actually think Desmond provided more value than Wilson did.

This was very positive news. Our pash rush is so much better with him in the game.

It will be good to see him help to take pressure off others and help to elevate the play of those around him.

I'm placing my bet right now. We will run both RGIII and Pat in the offense at the same time. 2 QB's.

I remember him as pretty shifty in college. I wonder if he can return kicks.

This suggests that, given any opportunity, the Giants can anticipate two beatings at the hands of the Redskins in '13... I don't think you'll see Shanny sitting on a ...

Biggers was a Top 20 corner per Pro Football Focus. Ran a 4.32 forty at his Pro Day. Maybe he can develop into a solid CB. He's only 25.

That tidbit makes me feel much better about this. Reading his bio....

SECOND team All-MAC as a senior....that didn't really do it for me.

The 4.32 and ...

Ok so now we have signed three back up RT to add to Compton and MoHurt to compete to start. I would have liked one of these guy to be a legitimate starting caliber RT. But at least we have a guy back that we know can do a fair job.

Now let's sign someone that can start at FS, CB, and a back at LT ...

'Zo played his heart out for the 'skins, so it's gotta be tough on him.

In any other year, he probably would've been retained.

Re-signing Kory surprised me, cuz I thought LeRibeus played well when Kory got hurt.

I went Grimm, Brown, Schoenke

Grimm was simply the best, and I Loved Ray Brown - he was such a class act (and a sentimental favorite for me).

I really don't know much on Ray Schoenke, so I probably didn't give him his fair due. He was a long time 'skin before he went to that "other" team!
