KS seems to have a grip on reality at least...seems to be insinuating that RG3 WILL be learning a new scheme.
Hopefully its one that develops him more and more as a scramble to throw QB, and not a scramble to run QB.

I'm sure the naysayers won't agree but …. this is a win win for me … If Kirk does great for the rest of the season we might trade him …
If Kirk does not do well here - we still have a really good back up QB

Re: Operation Patience
He's very competitive to a fault; his greatest strength and greatest weakness.
My belief is that he wanted to beat AP`s recovery time and get back into the game. Think about the documentary they made of him where he walks in the weight room and sees the strong man numbers for another player. As ...

Re: Collinsworth blames cap for Redskins' woes
Unfortunately, the Rams get the Redskins first round pick. I don't remember how many other picks the team traded to draft RGIII.
However, the cap penalty should be over, right? As Collinsworth put it, the extra cap space should be worth six good players. Two OL, one WR, a couple of DBs, and one ...

I wonder how Grimm would do as an oline coach...

Now, enlighten me in more detail...
The draft order goes in reverse of the previous year's finish. Every round has the same order unless there have been traded picks. At the end of some of the later rounds they have compensatory picks, where teams get an extra pick to make up for losing a valuable ...

If Shanny is here next Sunday, who is the idiot to blame then, Bruce?
IF Mike wants to be here and he's coaching next Sunday - why is that a problem? - just because you think he should be fired does NOT make it the right choice

Wow, this situation devolved very quickly.
It's over. It's done.
The only question now is how Snyder is going to proceed. I doubt he's going to be able to attract a legitimate head coaching candidate, because if he's made one thing clear through 14 years of ownership and 7 head coaches ...

Re: Collinsworth blames cap for Redskins' woes
No cap hit next year, and even if we gave up what turns out to be a high 1st rounder, that just means all of our other picks are high in their round too. And in 2015, we'll not only have all of our money, but all of our picks too.

WOW...shocked on the lack of love for Forbath here.
But I understand as well; I'd rather us sign Potter for cheap as our kick off specialist. Shoot, teach him how to punt while you're at it.

Re: Collinsworth blames cap for Redskins' woes
I personally get ticked off at the strategy on offense at times. I also see that our receivers are wide open and something else screws it up. I also see dropped balls when they can make some kind of acrobatic catch and then drop one right in the bread basket .
I literally laughed out loud at ...

The ref thing doesn't matter if Garçon doesn't fumble the ball like a punk. That was honestly terrible, but it wasn't the only negative from him this game. That was worst game I've seen Garçon play as a Redskin.

Re: Ginas at FedEx - Game Day Thread
Just my two cents...
RG3 is going through reads beter (just needs to use his legs for extending a pass more)
Morris & Helu (Morris being the new threat) are good additional passing options
Moss may very well have another year in him.
Upgrade the oline and we will have MASSIVE improvement all ...

How about running back kicks?
I think he meant
a young OL ( Gettis) returning a KO
HAHAHA I forgot about that play. Weird sight to say the least
