Yeah. I think we are second, though. Either way, I'm pleased.

They're fun to watch too. I like what I see - hopefully they can keep it rolling.

A little off topic...
while the camera men were so easy to spot Cal Ripken in the owner's suite w/ Ted Leonsis, they failed to show a couple of athletes in the crowd during the game tonight against the Nuggets.
I believe I saw Georghe Muresan sitting behind the basket on the Wizards side. I also believe I spotted Renaldo Wynn behind the Nuggets bench wearing a white Walter Payton throwback jersey. That's not a surprise considering he's from the Chicago area.
Just thought I'd throw that in there.

It wasn't last nights game but maybe the previous one - LaVar and his fiancee (or wife now?) were courtside. I also saw Shawn Springs at a game earlier this season.

According to the ESPN website they were top for one day.
Still havent seen them on tv here as yet - we are getting a steady dose of west coast teams

Hey Jake! Was Terri at the game? I understand D. Mac. was a feature for singles nite!!!!

Nope. That would be a little odd. She has a daughter older than D-Mac.

A Bullet with attitude
The wizards are going to have to work out Shaq in a big hurry. He has killed us every time.

Shaq and the heat made the Wizards go "poof"
Overall though, I think I might start following the Wizards games and become a fan. I like the Lakers, but Shaq's gone, so...u know. Go Wizards/Lakers!

Yeah, I noticed how Shaq put the monkey on their backs all night long.

That's gotta be a record.

Luckily, I think I read that tonight is the last time the Wizards have to play the Heat unless they meet in the playoffs. Seems we can't beat them, but we can beat everyone else in the Eastern Conference.

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but Eastern conference is nothing compared to the Western. Wait, is Detroit East or West?

Eastern

Yep that was the last regular season game against the Heat (we lost again)
Wizards and heat are the only eastern teams with winning road records
Guess we get to see how the wiz match up against the west as the next 6 games all on the road in the western conference. We play Lakers, Phoenix, Golden State, Sacremento and Minnesota.
Guess if we still have a winning road record by then we are really a team to watch

Yeah, they look good against everyone else. Atleast they could have won that game, unlike Monday's debacle. Oh well, no more games this season against them, so hopefully we can get back to our winning ways.

My lakers have sunk pretty low, but If the Wizards beat the Lakers....

....man, I'll probably never watch another Laker game in my life!
