ok, lets talk about the game...i'll be the first to say it...we are going to win..write it down......biggest upset this year.....okay here you go....Portis will run for more than 100yds, and everytime he's done that we've won....that's the first fact...then with Ramsey in the game...we have a younger, healthier arm in the game...and he can actually throw the ball down the field for more than 35 yds...sorry brunell...you are done......anyways....Ramsey will throw 2 td and probably 2 ints, but with our Defense will hold the eaglets in check....i look for JAMES THRASH to have another big game...especially since he's returning to his old stomping grounds....he'll be fired up and ready to go.....The eagles will take us too lightly like they did the steelers and we'll throw the first punch and knock em down......I predict Redskins finally scoring more than 20 points........Skins 24 over Eaglets 14....................it will not only be a upset, it's going to be a blow out!!!!!!!!!! you heard it first here from SPUD!

Another thing is that the Eagles' running defense isn't that great....here's the stats:
9th in the NFC, 23rd in the NFL in rushing defense
they give up 124.0 yds on the groud a game
they've allowed 7 rushing TDs this year
they've given up 4 20+ yd gains this year

It looks like Portis might have a great game if all of these things stay true this weekend.......GO SKINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you are dreaming.. as bad as i want the skins to win cause it would shut up everyone here at work, it's going to be ugly... ramsey will be blitzed from every direction and the skins will give up at least 4 sacks... ramsey WILL throw for a few TD's but also make some big mistakes.. he hasnt started in a year and you can't expect him to come right in and be all world... these are just the facts.

The fact is that the Eagles are regrettably one of the four best teams in the league. Their only loss is to another top 4 team. They just pounded that team from texas, who is arguably no worse than the Skins. If the Redskins play as good as they can and the Eagles play average and relatively mistake free, then the Eagles will win. That being said, maybe the Eagles are due for a let down. For the Skins to win, not only do they need to play at their highest level, but the Eagles need to have an off day. That's the realist in me. The fan in me says we'll punch them in the mouth, Portis will run for 170 yards, Smoot will get another INT, Ramsey will throw 2 touchdown passes to D-Mac and the Skins will pull out a win. Go Skins.

Can it be considered a let down to lose to a team that just ended the Patriots' record-setting wining streak?

I'd say losing to a 3-6 team would be a pretty big letdown. Not sure about losing to a one-loss team.

I love the Bus, he is like 90 years old and running all over the place. Remember when he was all washed up a few years ago? hehe
