What do you think? Vegas has an uncanny way of being correct most of the time!!!

I hope we don't get beat by 11 pts. per quarter. Our offense reaks.

I think thats a ton of points, we haven't scored alot this year, but neither have our oppenents, if I were a betting man I'd take the over at 38.5

The betting lines are for those poor soles who like to give their money to the bookies! This is what Vegas thinks they need to "give" to make millions from people who bet.
The "line" IMO is because of our offense, but this defense is not going to give up a lot of points. Our defence on third down is very good - 38 of 129, while the iggles are really not good at 51/133.
I think the iggles should win but i doubt it will be that big, and if we can shut down the run (as we have) this could be interesting.

Naturally we would all like to see a Skins victory, but in reality 11 points is probably being kind. We have stunk for so long sometimes I wonder if it's me. Am I being punished for some reason? If I started hating the Skins would they start winning?

I think it's right, I looked at it this morning on ESPN. You sure read it right.

When I first saw the line, I thought it was just too many points. Vegas does have a knack for getting these things right though. Here's my X factor for the game.. Sean Taylor. Call it a hunch, but I think he has a breakout game in an upset win. You heard it here first.

If the Skins need a point spread to get motivated, something is wrong...

I think Ramsey is going to be the wildcard. If he plays like I think he can, we will not only beat the spread we will win !

We need to put this game in Portis hands. Give him the ball 25-30 times. The O-line should be able to manhandle the undersized d-line of the Iggles, giving Portis gaping holes to run through. Running Portis will open up the pass game for Ramsey and his WRs. We need to get the short passing game going also because this is primarly the responsibilty of the Philthy LBs which just plain can't cover. Throwing to the backs out of the backfield and to the TEs/HBs will slow down thier Blitz Schemes. This Ball control at its best which will keep. McNabb and Co. on the bench and T.O. off of Sportscenter.
The D will come to play as they always do, but the offense can really cut them some slack this week, with a groud game.
We need to keep presure on McNabb and throw off his timing. This will fustrate T.O. and who knows what he'll do on the sidelines once he losses his cool.
The Special Teams have been showing improvement each week, this must continue. We must win the battle for field position in both the Kicking and return games
But it all starts with the offense. They must control the clock.... Put points on the board.... and keep turnovers down to a minimum.
If we can do all this the line won't matter

Don't forget, 1Niksder...the Steelers did it with more than one RB. You have to have a two-pronged attack at RB to really be successful against a blitz-heavy scheme. Otherwise, it's like climbing into the squared circle with one arm taped behind your back.

Hey ! That's my favorite wrestler. Get it right.
It's "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, aka Roderick Toombs.
And, yes...he did do that. I'm a little fuzzy on the details, but I do recall that.

I agree welch! Betting and betting line are like JFK conspiracy theories, they're flat out wrong!
for the most part!!!
This is a division game and with this D we should keep it close. Now, if we could just score some points....
