I guess all you Brunell haters are thrilled that Ramsey came in....the only thing is.....Ramsey didn't do that great.....he had 2 ints in less than 2 quarters just like his last game....he sucked........he now has 2 tds and 5 ints when he has played this year....I hope does better..for all of ya'll who hate Brunell.....

He came into the game down 17. That's not a fair fight. He was forced to throw, throw, throw. No balanced attack.
Hold out judgement once he gets some reps in practice and knocks off the cob webs. He'll be better than Brunell...not sure how much better, but he'll be better.

Brunell is washed up, everyone was saying that last year. All of you fans that are on here talking bad about him, were loving him to death earlier this year when Gibbs went down to florida (without medicine) to sign him.
WOW 43 million dollar mistake.

I was NOT happy when we signed Brunnell. Gambit is that you AGAIN?????
Look it's not your issue pal you are a cowboys fan go knock your cowboys for their investments. After the Eagles knock the snot out of the cowboys tonight then your record will match ours and you'll have not one word to say.

One of the int. ws thrown at the end of the game on a hailmary. That doesn't count. He sucked in the begining. Once he got warmed up he looked great you idiot. This also shows that if he just stuck with Ramsey we would have been a lot better team with a lot better record. Ramsey looked pretty good once he got use to playing. He also hasn't played in a while. He will get better over the course of the season and will be our qb for a long time.

I think I know a team down in Dallas where a honeymoon is ending quick, fast, and in a hurry with more than one washed up player.
Where should I begin?????????
Let's see....there is Meshawn, then there is Eddie George, and finally a guy named Vinny that the Tuna drug in from the street corner.
These guys aren't exactly studs.....

Now I am totally in favor of Ramsey being the QB, but someone has to explain to him that our uniforms are Burgundy and Gold.........
This from Michael Wilbon.....
Gibbs may not be the best personnel guy around; coaching and scouting require completely different skill sets.
But he knows what he sees in practice, and he knew what he was watching up in Giants Stadium in Week 2 when Ramsey was an interception-throwing machine in little more than a quarter of play. Against the Bengals, there were
six times a Cincinnati player got two hands on the ball before a Redskins receiver got one hand on it in addition to the two picks Ramsey threw. Every smart defensive player in the league was praying for the opportunity to play against Ramsey for the sole reason of being able to run back an interception. They'd look at the film and say, "Gibbs can't bench Brunell. Who will he go to?"
Ramsey definately gives us a better chance, but he has to calm down and be accurate.

doesn't matter how bad he did... he needs to be evaluated, so Joe can make decisions about the future of that position... It's Ramsey's turn to put up or shut up... I'm glad we get a chance to find out what he can do against some tough competition (3 out of the next 4 being in the division), because these are the same guys we have to play year in and year out... We would have learned nothing about our future if we left Brunell in...

if you look on redskins.com when they interviewed him, he said he was rusty in the begging, which he was (which is reasonable for not playing in 8 games) and then after that, he was excellent. plus that last INT was just a prayer sent to win the game
Go Patrick

It is time to stand behind Patrick Ramsey. Joe did everything (and more) to handle the situation with class. Patrick and Mark have handled it with class.
I expect no less from Skins and particularly Hogs.net fans.
Nobody said this was going to be easy. Patrick will find a very doubtful OL in front of him. Ray Brown was taught a lesson past Sunday. Patrick will have problems without a doubt against the Eagles DL. BUT that does not mean that we should turn against him.
Let us support the players on the field instead of wishing or predicting doom scennarios for any of our players.
I am very optimistic about the combination of Ramsey and McCants. Go Redskins!

Didn't ramsey almost beat the eagles last year? Lets hope he rekindles that performance and now he has a better defense to back him up. Any given sunday right.

Ok well now that we have some other players out there, including our defense we will win this game. Our team has greatly improved this year and Patrick doesn't need to try to do it alone.

okay let me defend myself....i don't like brunell, i just hate redskins fans who diss their own players...granted that brunell hasn't played good since the MNF game vs Dallas...I have always liked Ramsey! I just think that he needs a little more time, his first game is going to be against the EAGLES for pete's sake...GO SKINS!
