I'd like to see the refs admit they blew that call in taking away our touchdown. And I'd like to see us get a win from that. LOL I know, I know I'm dreaming. But the election outcome just proves they blew that call!

Yes Niki...it's all well and good when they ADMIT they screwed us AGAIN....but to get a win out of it...well, yep...we can only dream about that !! I still feel that they need to get REAL REFS....not part time people.... and hold them accountable for their rotten calls....i.e. FINES !!!!! Our players get enough of them...i.e. $5,000 L.A. Facemask that was MISSED by the REFS !!!!
Arrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhhhh !!! Makes me soooooo angry !

Speaking of the Lavar fine, does anyone know if urlacher got fined for the intentional facemask takedown on portis, if not, there really is a double standard.

Gibbs did send in a couple tapes of the play, showing that it was an inconsistant call.
I've heard nothing else on the matter.
But I think its time we move on...we have many more games this season.

not race, didn't think of it that way, I meant redskins players being targeted and not other players

Oh, okay. No, I don't think there's a hidden agenda to sabotage Gibbs' return. However, tryin'to fix the election outcome may have played into our losing the game vs. the Packers.
But, again, no agenda, no double-standard. Just ghastly displays of human error on the refs' parts.
We're not the Raiders; the NFL has no bone to pick vs. the Skins. Joe's return is good for the NFL. It ties in to all the "throwback" fads present in uniforms and merchandising sales.

So was urlacker fined? He should be that looked intentional and could have injured portis seriously, while lavar's looked unintentional and appeared that he let go before finishing the tackle.
