No worries! I just returned a kick-off with Thrash against the Lions in Madden. It's his destiny, Madden 05' says so.
So what if I was playing on rookie with all the AI set in my favor.

I hope he gets back as soon as possible. The D has played really well but it's wierd watching the Skins and not seeing #56 on the field. Get better Lavar!!!

TC I'm with that...here's the new system anyone making 7 figures has to go!! Bring in a bunch of 300/400K guys. Hey we'll have 50% dead cap space? With a buch of guys playing their tials off in hope of getting part of the 50% when it's availible.

Why is it all the good players are getting hurt? How much do we have to pay the opposing team to take Brunell out? Bye Lavar...see you next year. Bye Morton (actually I'm happy about that deal.see we can play Jacobs and Mcants now). Bye Lott. Oh yea....Bye Skins.

I don't care. I'd trade him for a hot cheerleader and maybe some kicking tees. I'm tired of seeing him jump up and down on the sidelines like there's nothing wrong with him or where he haapens to be standing. At least Jansen has the class to do all his back-patting off-camera. He doesn't do it to make "SportsCenter", like some.
It's crap. Both he and Barrow can take a hike.
I'm sorry, but I'm hurtin' from this. Joe looks so small on the sidelines, man. They're not buying into his program on offense, for the most part. You can tell the ones who are. When there's a pick on us, the ones who don't care, don't tackle. They throw out their arms as if to say, "What ? What ?" and uselessly spin.
I hope his heart is stronger than mine, 'cause mines about broke just watching the poor guy out there.

You took the words and the frustration from me.
Let's get first rounders and young verteran offensive/defensive linemen.

Lavar is makin me mad too. He's an actor. A well-paid actor like Denzel Washington Redskin.

Funny enough, the last time the 'Skins played in Detoit...Thrash returned one for a TD on a punt.

Bad news for us and Lavar. Looks like another guy that didn't live up to his huge contract.

Doesn't that describe the Redskins in a nutshell!!! Hahha!
Lavar is a great player, but trading him could get us something reeeaaaall nice. . . . never even thought to trade him.

Somehow I think Lavar's team of advisors (see: Postons, The) have stuck there nose into this business. Lavar is currently damaged goods, yet still maintains his reputation as a star as a result of the intense marketing Danny Boy did when he re-signed him.
Since the Redskins, apparently, will NOT grant him those $6.5 million, "Mr. Redskin's" relationship with the team and ownership will sour to the point that he HAS to be traded. Draft picks would be nice.
I, personally, don't want Lavar on our team. His backups have been more than able to play his spot at a higher level, for a lot less loot.
Put him on IR, let's pay him to get better thru rehab, and trade him during the offseason. We survived Champ Bailey's departure (a much more skilled player at his position). We'll survive Lavar's trade.

....and by all means, keep him off the sidelines during our games. It seems to aggravte his knee every time he's there.
