He plays with a lot of effort and heart probably more than any one else on the redskins but I think it is going to end up costing him in the long run. He thinks with his heart too much and not with his head. For example against Chicago he hurt his shoulder and didnt come off and then the very next play he made the tackle leading with his shoulder. He is my favorite player in the nfl but needs to take it easy some times.

You've got that right, I guess that is what I like about him and that he talks a lot of trash even though he isnt one of the biggest guy out on the field but plays like he is.

You see him in like the first drive try to celebrate with Marcus Washington and he almost got knocked down since he was so small and Washington is a large guy.

As far as I am concern, he is the quintessential "REDSKIN". He plays hard-nose football; doesn't leave anything on the field; and doesn't take any plays off.
Thats why he is my favorite Redskin (current).
Having said that, I agree about his health and knowing when to come out, I certainly don't want him to get seriously injured and out indefinitely or for the year. I do, however, feel that he knows his own body and if it were something he could not play with, he would be on the bench. I just admire his desire to compete. When other players get a stubbed toe and are on the bench, this kid is out there bangin it with the big boys.
GO SMOOTIE!!!

Now we just need to get Springs to teach him how to run after an INT. Springs 2 INTs, 2 good run-backs. Smootie makes a great INT but falls down seemingly for no reason...
It was a good INT though, he read that ball perfectly. Smoot rocks :rocks:
