Guys, feel free to add onto this list.

1. Better clock management/TO. Even with the horrid play of our offense, I think the clock has really killed us and the timeouts. Brunell, if you dont know the play just audible to one, dont take a TO at the beggining of the 3rd qtr.

2. Challenges. I swear, if I see one more dumb challenge Im going to explode. No more dumb challenges. Isn't it ironic we have an idiot in our booth who probally used to make bad plays when he was an idiot zebra on the field? Let RedSkincity do it.

3. Brunell. I dont know. Stop hanging Coles out to dry. Rod and Coles are 2 different breeds of receiver. Rod is your possesion receiver not Coles. If you don't have the arm to throw it deep, do it anyway just to keep them honest. If you do it throw it out of bounds or something.

4. Rod. You had a good game last week. Well, I'll say a "better" game. You're still on my **** list. Keep up the better work.

5. Portis. Hold on to the ball. Wait for your blocks. I know the line is too slow for you but wait for them, your not going to bowl anyone over so let them be your friend where applicable.

6. Gibbs. Take it slow. Before Ramsey goes in get him checked for color blindness.

7. Defense. Stop giving out those dumps to the flat, you guys are great but someone isn't donig their job. You still need time to gell.

8. Sean. Keep it moving, make those tackles. I know it was easy to tackle inferior players in college, but in the NFl the worst player is still a PRO.

9. Cooley. USE HIM!!! MY GOODNESS!! Let the man go vertical.

10. Play caller. Lets stop with the horizontal play calling, we need to go vertical a bit more as far as the TE's are concerned.

I'll take a crack at a few.

1. Gregg Williams, make Kyle Boller (sp) beat you Sunday night. Play the run first, and pass second. Boller has yet to prove that he is really an NFL quarterback.

2. Defense, think gang tackle, gang tackle, gang tackle.

3. Coach Gibbs, mix in a screen pass or two to Portis. He is excellent out of the backfield, and that will slow down that rush somewhat. Also, continue to move Portis out wide against a linebacker. I'll take that matchup any day.

4. Portis, think "two hands" on the ball if anyone including your own players come near.

5. Rod Gardner, pretend its the game after the Giants game. You seemed much more focused and your play reflected against Dallas. Maintain that focus.

6. Walter Rasby, catch the ball when they throw it to you. You don't get that many, so make the most of those that do come your way.

7. Chris Samuels, keep doing what you are doing. Quietly so far, you are having a Pro-Bowl season.

8. Kenyatta Jones, elevate that ankle when you are not in practice. We can't afford for you to have a "fat ankle" this week.

a win would be nice ..... the turnovers are key to winning any game and the STUPID mistakes elimate them and we will be alright [-o< [-o<
