Just joined up today and placed my first bets on 2 of this weekend's games:
Eagles/Lions
Skins/Cowpukes
Check back later and I'll tell you how I did.
For what it's worth, the site looks pretty good...and it's easy to figure out how to create an account and deposit the $$$.
Y'all should check it out!

.
Won my bet for the Eagles game. Got my original "deposit money" back...and now I'm gonna get them to send it back to me.
Now, playing with their $$....on to the Cowboys/Redskins match-up.

Uh. Eagles by 6 over detroit?!?!?! I'm not betting the "team", I'm betting the "line".
Forgive me?
For what it's worth...I'm taking the Skins and the Skins/Over tomorrow.
Something tells me we'll see more than 36 points scored for this game!

Hey Justice or anyone, Is online gambling legal for all US states?

Uh oh. Is that because you are going to lay down a major wager on the game?? If so I'm not answering. I don't want to be responsible for that. LOL

That's a good question, I hope Justice Hog can answer it.
I've done some searching myself, but haven't found anything, other than long and tedious descriptions of personal jurisdiction.

Is gambling online legal? That's a question listed in the FAQ at the site. Here's their answer:
Gambling online for real money is legal in most countries. However, there are some countries that do not allow online gambling. You must abide by the applicable laws in your jurisdiction. To play for real money you must first agree to our Terms and Conditions.
I believe that the rules regarding online gambling that are applicable are generally the rules of the location from where the site is being run. That's why a lot of online gambling sites may be run in other countries, etc.
Your best bet, however, it to check with your local District Attorney's office just to get their "official" opinion on whether your State's laws forbid you from doing it. (I did a quick check and found no federal laws addressing this.)
I believe many States prohibit gambling "within the State"; however, the loop-hole here, in my opinion, is that you're not actually gambling "within your State" because the site is out-of-state.
Disclaimer: This response should not be considered to be "legal advice" in any way, shape, or form. It is simply a general response to a general question and I make no representations as to the accuracy of its content. The safest thing for you to do....is to check with your local authorities....but this should give you an idea what to expect.

Thanks Justice. I did look on the VA Attorney General's Office web site, but it's an awful slow java-ridden site with no search feature.
