Let's hear em.

Mine? Memory is a little hazy, but ... 1982 season, first game with strike replacements... November 21.

Joe Gibbs has done his homework. He may have to play with replacement personnel, but he got the best replacement personnel availible. And, he'd throw in a BIG wrinkle, just to make sure.

His offense breaks out... The WISHBONE!!! I remember looking at them line up, and yelling NO WAY in astonishment, and ROFLMAO. I remember Ray Perkins laughing his azz off on the far sideline. Gibbs had him, and Perkins knew it.

Final score: Redskins 21, Giants 17

It worked. a beautiful thing. Who says Gibbs has no sense of humor?

This is a fairly recent memory: Beating them 50-21 in their own stadium in the 2nd week of 1999. This game followed the Dallas game in which we blew a 21 point fourth quarter lead. So it was a huge lift for our team.

Wasn't it against the Giants when Frerotte head-butted the wall? I still remember that and it still cracks me up.

During Gibbs' last Superbowl run, I believe that the Skins were undefeated a few weeks into the season and made their way up to the Meadowlands. After falling behind 13-0 (or something like that) by the end of the first half, Gibbs works his magic of halftime adjustments. The Skins slowly but surely work their way out of the hole and end up winning 17-13 (again, I think).

OK I'm going to get hammered for this but...I wasn't a big Joey T fan. I'm not saying I was glad to see him get hurt...I was just glad to see his time as Skins QB come to an end

I just remember from 1971 to 1976 we only lost to the Giants once. Would love to get that dominance again.

1982. Mid-season, the second game of the two game set. Redskins win on Moseley's foot, 15-14.
We'd lost to Dallas two games before, but never lost again that year.

Gus Frerotte's headbutt was an embarrasing but hilarious moment in Giants-Skins history.

But my favorite memory was before the game even started. It was in 2001 @ FedEx Field. I was on the visitors sideline to get autographs from anyone who would be willing to sign. There were a few Skins jogging on the field before warmups and there were several rowdy Giants fans standing in the front row.

They spotted LaVar and started spouting off at the mouth at him. They kept saying all kinds of stupid stuff and of course, they had to bring up Lawrence Taylor. Instinctly, I got a bit angry. They yelled towards LaVar: "You'll never be like LT! You're never gonna be as good as LT! You're a bum!" So I yelled back to the guy that said it: "Yeah, you're right, LaVar's never gonna be a crackhead!" The guy didn't hear but I still probably shouldn't have said it.

LaVar head every what the guy said and now he gets PO'd. He walks over to the seats and yells to the guys "If you wanna tell me to my face, then come down here and say it!" And then he tells the stadium security guy in that section to let them down but of course they shut up and left him alone.

Man, that was so awesome to witness!

- During the George Allen win-streak that NC43 mentions: about '74, during Jurgenson's last season, he was benched because Allen thought Sonny was too creative. Redskins are losing with about 10 minutes to play when Kilmer gets hurt, and Sonny ambles in. He did not miss a pass for the rest of the game. Redskins won; Mike Bass interception ends the game.

- Moseley's las-second FG in the mud at RFK in '82, setting record for consecutive FG's and winning game.

- '92 game mentioned above, Redskins down 13 - 0. Ricky Ervins opens things up, Clark catches a long pass, and, yes, 17 - 13.

No bashing here DEhog. Same thing for me. Hated to see him get hurt like that, but was glad the JT era was over.

:( not my favorite, but it was the first one that popped into my head when I saw the post. When LT broke Joes leg. I remember everything about it. Me, and a friend sitting in a dorm room eating Pizza. They just kept reshowing it over and over. Could not eat another bite for a hour after. Just one bad day.

Mine would be the game at RFK during the '91 season. Besides the fact that it is a team that I don't like, it was the last home game of the regular season. Along with that, it was always nice to see the fans rock the house at RFK.
