I guess that's what happens when you work for an owner that overrides your coaching decisions though.

SS needs to grow a pair and say that's the way it's going to happen or not going to happen....then maybe he could earn some players respect....otherwise he's done

DS could help and needs to quit allowing the portrayal of his coaches as a bunch of "yes" men

you gotta hand it to Schottenheimer....at least he wasn't....and did it his way
