inactive list

Did the NFL change the rule for the inactive list? Does a team still have to inactivate 5 players on the 53 man prior to the game?

i think its the same. if so, you can only dress 48.

I dont know how many they have to "inactivate", and I am not sure how many they have to "deactivate". 
All I know is that the ones that dont dress...well, dont worry about them.
