Is Pierce going to start?

Will Antonio be starting Sunday, or will Barrow be "healed" and take the field. I picked up Pierce as my last draftee in my fantasy football league (where D players can score just as much as O players can). The other 'Skins on my team are:
Laveranues Coles
Chris

ey
Mark Brunell
Ladell Betts
John Hall
Sean Taylor
Marcus Washington
Not a bad bunch if I do say so myself.

He's listed as Day to Day....Pierce is more than likely to start if not he'll get plenty of playing time

I doubt that Barrow will be ready. Pierce deserves the shot at starting the first game.

Yeah, even if barrow were ready, i say that pierce should start. He's proven himself.

I agree that Pierce deserves to start. My question was is he going to start. In other words, has there been any word from the team as to Barrow's status for the game Sunday?

In reality, it doesn't make any difference at all who starts. Greg Williams has said that his defense is high on turnover, and a person that doesn't technically "start" per se, might actually have more playing time than a person who played the first play of the game. So, if Pierce doesn't start, it doesn't mean anything and it certainly doesn't mean he's not going to get a lot of playing time. The only thing that will determine who gets the most playing time, is the tempo of the game and the situation at hand.

Barrow WILL NOT play, last I heard. He will rest his knee another week.
Pierce will get the start as of now, but I guess that could change before Sunday.
Considering we play the Giants the following week though... you can probably count Barrow as a 'miss' fot TB, as I'm sure he'll want to have a good day when the Skins play his former team.

Thanks Boss, you are the only one who answered my question. When I said start, I really meant "play the whole game".
BTW, I'm disappointed no one congratulated me on my fantasy draft coup of snagging so many great 'Skins.

Maybe so, but you didn't.

well if the skins succeed, then you'll be on cloud 9. if we only hit around 8-8, the pain will be twice as much as it would have before.

8 Redskins....5 starters (not including John Hall) and Betts should be in there around the goal line. Way to stack the deck.... is that better
Go luck in your league
