i was pulling for raymer, but every starting lineup we've had thus far has been friedman in the center.

Yeah I was pulling for Raymer too. I have heard the battle didn't quite develop. Not Cory's fault just lack of mistakes by Friedman.

Bummer......I've been trying to contact him, but I only get his voicemail. I have a feeling he's really disappointed and probably is staying away from people. It will all work out for him...I predict that by the third game he'll be in!

You know what in the game of football, you never know. An injury for Friedman and Raymer could end up the starter. If you talk to him Spike tell him to keep his chin up. He's still got people pulling for him, in burgundy and gold!

It's too bad in that if Raymer had won the job, Friedman could served as a backup at guard and center...

I have a feeling that Raymer will get the spot eventually for that very reason and I think Cory is a safer bet as a starter.
Welcome to the site Coach (Hog Wear Spike). Was just reading your past posts trying to figure out what I missed

if Friedman won the job due to not having mistakes - it would seem to me that he ought to be the guy we are pulling for... I like Raymer a lot, but I certainly wouldn't say pull Friedman if he out played Raymer just cause he is a fave...

I like Raymer also, But Lenny didnt give him much of a chance, Friedman has been doing well.

that still may happen. raymer played center with the second team friday, and friedman was moved to left gaurd. if the need arises, this scenario could very well show itself again.

I think it is more of a lack of play time with the starters for Raymer. It's not that Friedman won based on Raymer's poor performance.
We also pull for Raymer because some of us remember the first time he was a skin. That has to account for something.
