From the title I thought it would be a picture of Patrick pumping his arm and patting the ball a few times before throwing a pass...

Good framing and subject matter, but Taz needs a faster lens.

more than likely, the foucus was set to the middle object, and in this case was dead on.

Yep I knew you pictures would be awesome Taz! I like the blurring effect too. Makes the subject matter really jump out at you. And obviously the subject matter was Jansen and Samuels!! ;-)
