The first 5 spots are set with
Coles, Gardner, Thrash, Jacobs & D-Mac.

Who stays between J. Williams, Dilliard, Scott or Douglas ?

Or do we only keep 5 and keep an extra H-Back / TE or another offensive lineman? The cuts at OT will be tough.

Gari Scott has definitely done enough in the preseason to make the team. Sean Dillard won't stay. I'm surprised he's lasted this long. Somehow I'm hoping Jafar Williams and Dameane Douglas make the team but that's a lot of receivers.

We won't keep six WR on the active roster. We probably wouldn't keep five on the 53 man if Taylor and D-Mac didn't have so much potential. So that being said we will only keep Coles, Gardner, Thrash, Jacobs & D-Mac. Maybe only one WR will make the practice squad.

I think 5 for sure with one or two of the most promising on the PS

Coles, Gardner, Jacobs, McCants, Thrash

Surprised that Cloman wasn't put on the PS with his eligibility

I think you have to have 5 WR on the roster and I don't believe you would go to 4 simply due to having 4 WR sets and if one got even slightly dinged up you wouldn't be able to run those sets as well if at all

The Practice Squad still has to be assembled, so there's a chance Cloman could still come back.. It happened last year.. Cloman was one of the first to go, and other recievers stayed and got cut after him, but Cloman was still picked for the practice squad.. We'll see what happens..

Coles, Gardner, McCants, Thrash, Jacobs will be the top 5

Gari Scott should make #6 which is do-able with him playing ST

also Jafar Williams & Cloman could make the PS

But that 8 Receivers :?

I hate to see him go elsewhere, but I would like to see Cloman get picked up by a team in need of receivers.....unfortunately, he only got like one pass thrown to him in the entire preseason so no one will really have seen what he can do.

Gari Scott will probably be the # 6, but we may only keep 5 on the active. The only problem with the first 5 guys is finding a way to get them playing time. I think it is a great group.
