No smoot for a while (not saying he's the best but he's the best on the other side)...............Let us pray. Double team at his position, stick champ on Moulds, Blitz Bledsoe and hope for the best. Hopefully the bye week will provide speedy recovery for smoot. go skins

Yeah, Smoot may not be pro bowl material, but he's head and shoulders above Bauman right now.
Not to mention that it also means that Ade Jimoh will be playing in nickel situations.
And he definitely has shown himself to be 'not quite ready'
I'm hping for the 'Bruce' factor to get us better pass rush than we've been seeing.

For the life of me, I don't know why the Redskins won't just cut Jimoh! It's clear they have no confidence in him! Perhaps when Smoot returns....

not that its an improvment as far as being beat deep, but i read somwhere that david terrell will play corner in nickle situations.

This is exactly why we should have kept Molden. If we can build a solid lead, I say give Jimoh one more chance. Just don't give him that chance in the Dallas game for God's sake!!
