Books on Joe Gibbs?

Does anybody know of a good biography or autobiography on Joe Gibbs? I only learned of the guy through Nascar, knowing only that he'd been a legendary coach in the NFL beforehand. Gibbs seems to be a genius with people and strategy on top of being an all-around good guy. I'd like to learn more about him.

So... can anybody recommend a good read?

Your best choice would be Joe's own book, "Racing to Win". It's both autobiographical and inspirational.

Yes it is. And I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Gibbs sign my copy this year at training camp.
