OK I was thinking about the Philly vs Baltimore game coming up. And you TO runs his mouth saying that Ray is not the hardest hitter in the league.

So who do you think is:

My guess, :hmm: LaVar Arrington. (Not a homer I truly believe this).

Runner Up: Ray Lewis

Honorable Mention" Urlacher, Roy Williams, Brian Dawkins and Sean Taylor.

With the exception of the Aikman hit, I don't think I've ever seen Lavar render a bone-crushing hit yet. I gotta go with Ray Lewis for now.

Matt Bowen can deliver a hit, though...and Sean Taylor can/will definitely be a contender in the very near future.

John Lynch. He lays down the wood.

It's a toss up between Lawyer Milloy and Roy Williams.

I gotta agree here. This is a guy who used to introduce himself to opposing players by the banner in the stands that said Hitman.

Ray Lewis, easily.

Im sorry but for anyone who says Lavar, you're being a Homer. Lavar hasn't had a memorable hit since Aikman. How can I say that? Becuase I dont remeber any, lol.

Now maybe if Lavar was in positio....ugh, let me stop bashing Lavar. HAHA.

Luva Luva is right! Its defintely Ray Ray. I wish it was Lavar, Lavar is up their for hard hitters with Rodney Harrison and John Lynch! Steve Atwar and Mark Carrier were big hitters when they were around!

Three way tie between Ray Lewis, LaVar Arrington, and Roy Williams. We havent seen what Taylor can do yet so hes automatically excluded

As I said in my post last week, "I love Lavar, Butt!" I have yet to see him take a runner on head to head and shoulder to shoulder. He is a finese linebacker that is ok at coming in from the backdoor. I think we all want him to be great because just his sheer athletism puts him in a category with the greats. I think he likes to play around and sort of 'toy" with the game. He is good enough to probably get by with that.

Ken Hammerin Hamlin for the seahawks. I've watched a lot of games the last few years with the ticket, and I haven't seen as many crubching hits from anyone else. Granted, it has only been one season for him, but he looks like a contender.

This will sound homeristic, but Roy Williams. He's put 13 people out of games in just 2 seasons.

Harrison's probably second on the list.

Safeties just get more opportunities to unload than linebackers.

What about linebackers lined up at safety? ;)

Roy Williams is a monster. Sean Taylor I hope will be a bigger monster.

Roy Williams - Monster Inc.

Sean Taylor - The boogey man!

lol, we all know who used to scare us....
