Good find. I think he'll do good in Detroit. Especially if he can beat out one of their starters.

I didn't see that one coming. I thought for sure he would end up in Cincy.

Goes to show how much other teams recognize his worth. Good luck, Iffy.

NOTE: They won't know until this afternoon if they will get him.

The Lions only put in a waiver claim...the NFL will announce today who gets him. Here is the order:

Chargers - Marty found Iffy 3 years ago
Arizona - can use all the help they can
Oakland - cut Safety Rod Woodson earlier
NY Giants - shaky secondary
Cleveland - could use depth
Lions - Waiting to see if the previous teams passed on Iffy

The Lions' secondary coach (Catavalos) was the Skins' secondary coach the past two years so he knows Iffy...

I think he's a good player, under the circumstances I think he got a bit salty.

So Iffy gets to work with that safety from the Bucs......I think his name is Dexter Jackson. The Cards Secondary should be solid this year.

Dexter Jackson is just average. He is not a game changer, defense team leader or game breaker like Taylor, William or Bobby Taylor or the Ravens Safety who's name slips my mind.

Jackson had a superb front 7, and He played along side Barber and Lynch.

[quote="gambit187"]Dexter Jackson is just average.[quote]Dexdter Jackon led the Cardinals in interceptions last year with 6 interceptions, a career high behind a horrible Cardinals front 7 with his CBs being David "No-Mark" Barret and Renaldo Hill with his SS next to him being bust-like Adrian Wilson.
