NFL Live, just reported that ND Kalu is out for the season witha torn ACL.
To quote Sean Saulsbary (SP?) "Jevon Kearse better stay healthy"!!!

Well I cant say I am not happy to hear this! This is a huge blow to the Eagles defense! Portis is going to shred their defense!

It is kind of strange because the other day one of the Eagles fans on concretefield were poking fun at the Jansen injury and look what happened to them!!

First,

Second, nobody in the world is counting on a backup DE/Pass rushing "specialist" to stop Portis.
Third, you guys had a field day when you thought Kearse was injured. That was prior to Jansen's injury. Remember the people in glass houses story. Get changed in the basement.

Eagles cant be happy about that, Hate to see Kalu go down, But its the Eagles so Im not going to feel too bad about it

A back up defensive end or the Redskins' best offensive lineman who just happens to be protecting the blindside of their quarterback against the NFL's two best LDE in their division.
I think that they got the better deal.

Sorry, about that, it won't happen again.
Anyway I think this is a major blow to their team. On a team with many questions at DE, this was one injury they didn't need.
Hey GF are there any DE's that are not injured this year.
