The Redskins failed to draft the Chosen One.

ESPN Radio today stated that Kellen Winslow has signed with the Browns, and has called himself the Chosen One.
When we didn't draft him back in April, I remember watching his demeanor in the interview: he was annoyed, irritated, and rueful. I remember thinking "Wow, here's a guy that reminds me a little of Terrell Owens in terms of attitude."
The more I hear about him, the happier I am we didn't draft him. Guys like that seem to be disruptive to such an extent that their abilities are superceded by the bad effect they have on the team.
All I can say to the Browns is "Good luck with your new Keyshaun Johnson."
Like LaVar Arrington said "We don't need any more superstars." I think he was referring to attitudes. He said "We need blue collar assassins." I think Sean Taylor fits that bill pretty well.

I couldn't stop laughing when ILL WILL wrote:Like LaVar Arrington said "We don't need any more superstars." I think he was referring to attitudes.
I think he was just hopping that the $6.5 million the skins "robbed" from him doesn't go to anyone else.
I thought '9 out of 10 union workers would like Taylor's compensation' when ILL WILL later wrote:He said "We need blue collar assassins." I think Sean Taylor fits that bill pretty well.
I'm glad we got him at a nice blue-collar price, eh guys, eh?
A few million shy of minimum wage, but blue-collar nonetheless.
As for "The Chosen One", he's gonna really have to perform to improve a team whose bark is EONS worse than its bite. Thank God we drafted Taylor.

It's a good thing you bashed KW2 with the rest of your post, Red, because you had me

with that cheap shot--you sound like Jon Stewart back there. . .
I, for one, wasn't actually aware that KW2 had called himself "the chosen one."

Are you for suuhrious?! I laughed so hard when that Flash Skins animation a while back had him calling himself the "chosen one". . .but this is nearly unbelievable!
Was that a joke, or did he really say that?

He really did call himself the Chosen One. When you have to nickname yourself, it's a pathetic attempt to get attention. KW2 also said he was much better that his father and the jerk hasn't even practiced yet!

CHOSEN ONE?????
I think "PASSED OVER ONE X 5" would be more accurate.

I think TO and KW2 should head up Chris Berman's brand-spankin-new "All Prima-Donna Team." Slap that bust Ryan Leaf in there too (BTW, I'm talking attitude, not talent level--KW2 and TO are talented, but egotistical to the extreme).
Throw Randy Moss in there for good measure...

So "The Chosen One" has declared himself to be better than his Hall of Fame father? Hope he can find a helmet big enough to hold his head, until the first time he gets an NFL hit as opposed to an NCAA hit, and gets his head handed to him. Sheesh.

He is the chosen one, the chosen # 6 1.

What I can't believe is his saying he deserved #1 money just because he says he was #1 on some draft boards. What a jerk. I can't wait to watch him get his block knocked off on Oct. 3.
