True, that last one was a GIMMIE...still can't deny that he's around the ball. Ramsey just threw a beautiful pass to the back-up punter on the sideline...goes down as a mere incompletion.

Ok posse the guy is still a jerk but I'll take it if it comes with some intereptions.

give me a break dude... that was a great read of the QB and a hard line on the ball.

The boy has skills.

Now he needs good people around him, to keep him from making mistakes that would have him less then golden in the media's eyes.

a jerk? And I assume you know him above what the media tells you about him right? WRONG. Don't be so gullible... the media bashes him because he won't talk to them. Yet, every person/friend/teammate who knows him says he is one of the most loyal and nice guys.

Let's have a clean slate, shall we? I think two INT's and a TD warrants it.

Hmmm was I not at training camp every freaking day???
Not only that dude but you must have missed the interview I saw with Lavar. Lavar flat out said he has issues and he needs to straighten them out and fast!

I say we vote 'inside haters' out!

He has skills and will get better with every preseason game.

I can hate him and still love him! It's this great skill I have. I have the same relationship with Lavar! I am all for giving him a chance. I'm just saying so far I'm not impressed with his attitude.

you're right, i probably won't be calling him and seeing if he wants to hang out anytime soon but if he wins the skins ball games i'll wear his jersey...

I am all for Sean Taylor playing well. I gave him a clean slate after he signed. That being said, I don't have to personally like the guy. You can make any argument you want about deciding based on the media, but he had his chance to set the record straight and he decided not to, which either means he is immature (my guess) or is hiding something. Either way, I dont care as long as he continues to play like he is. Funny thing about team, you don't always have to like each other, you just gotta work together.

exactly, it's like barry bonds (now, i'm not saying taylor is anywhere near as bad as bonds) he's probably the biggest jerk in pro-sports but do you think there's any giants fans that don't love him?? it's all about the results, baby!!

Okay... and where did he say that Sean is "a jerk"??? Oh, you made that up, that's right...

I'll be the first to admit he has made some strange business issues. But let me ask you, how were you at 21 years old? Did you make any mistakes? Do you think you would be perfect if you were thrust into the limelight and money?

It amazes me how you people think you know this guy, and have decided you don't like him.

Absolutely dumbfounds me, actually.

Wanna edit that, Jansenfan???

Can we stop bickering over something so trivial? This is a redskins fan website. Shouldn't we all just enjoy what we're watching this young man do on the field? posse, your self righteous "i told you so" is unnecessary and those that are judging this guy's character can also just tone it down a little. The guy is a Redskin and he's been by far the brightest spot of tonight's game. let's leave it at that.

You followed the rules. No need to edit that post.

Do you know the guy? I have met him and I stand by my statement.

I've been for Sean Taylor from day 1 I don't know what I would have done if we had drafted KW2... when everyone was talking about Sean not being in camp on time ..I said he would be (mostly wishful thinking) although he didn't have a agent I haven't and we shouldn't make excuses for him. the most I've said is he's young.
I'm a redskin fan and I haven't heard of ANYTHING that he's done that has hurt the Skins he's done things that may hurt himself but we don't know that for sure I dont think anyone here HATES Sean Taylor but if they're are any Skins fans that hate him I think after tonight they'll hate him a little less

I agree!!!! This IS a redskins fan site! And all some people can do is call Taylor a jerk when he has done nothing wrong and was absolutely dominate tonight.

You know what... nevermind. You all stick around and believe everything any two-bit beat reporter tells you about Taylor and hate him all you want.

I'm out. Going to extremeskins.com. They actually like the Redskins there and don't make ridiculous judgemental assessments about things they know nothing of.

I wish I could say it's been nice knowing most of you, but honestly, it hasn't.

LATE

Posse why do you have to call names? Am I not entitled to my opinion. Have you met the man? I assume you have not! So what makes you right and me wrong??

I think he is a great player and I was as happy as anyone that he was the choice on draft day. That being said, I don't have to think he is a great person. I will cheer for him just as much as any other player in Burgundy and Gold. Just don't call people names just because they disagree with you and everything will be fine.
