What does everyone think about the new emphasis in the way the ref's are going to call the game?

Though it's just a tighter interpretation of what's already in the rule-book, it seems to me like it's going to be an inconsisten thorn in the side all season. Any other thoughts?

They've been instructed to call DB contact to the letter of the rulebook. No more muggings like the Patriots got away with in the AFC title game vs. Indy.
