Our inferior writing friend is back with a chat right now (noon) - I guess he's doing one every day.

That is pretty sweet! First question no less.

Richmond, Va.: I'm having an argument on TheHogs.net: I say Noble is a solid high-motor guy who won't get stats but draws double teams. Another guy says he's a below-average guy who got steamrolled in the preseason last year before he blew out his knee -- and there's no way he'll be anywhere near as good as he was before, and he wasn't that good before. Who's right?

Mark Schlabach: i think he's a bit of an overachiever. i know gibbs and co. really like his toughness and work ethic -- and, of course, his ability to come back from a devastating injury. he's not going to be warren sapp in his prime, but he's a decent player.

Got one in again:
Atlanta, Ga.: You didn't really answer that question about the NFC East. Please rank the teams with your predictions for wins and losses.

Mark Schlabach: eagles 12-4
redskins 8-8
cowboys 7-9
giants 5-11

Great job on whoever got the plug...wasn't me, unfortunately...but I did bombard him w/a bunch of thehogs.net references. I guess he figured he'd better mention it to get us off his back.

I just asked him:
Are you really Len Pasquerelli using a pseudonym? Most of your responses seem to be generic quotes of past ESPN articles.

I don't know why...but I really enjoy pounding on this guy...so great question JSP.

I could be wrong here..but wasn't it Casserley (sp.?) that set up the trades that netted us what eventually became Arrington and Samuels. He says it was Cerrato. Like I say, I could be the one that's wrong here...does anyone know?

You could be, but you're not.
Also agreeing with that Giant fan's assessment of our team was going overboard! O-line Average? TE Poor? Give me a break. Everyone knows that Joe uses TEs for blocking, and we have a couple of the best blocking TEs in the NFL.

I couldn't get a question in today. My first few were too hard hitting I guess. I really thought my last question would take. What's the deal with Thomas' knee? Will he play Monday night? I must have asked it too late. I wish he would get off the Sean Taylor questions long enough to answer some real Qs. Can someone here answer the Thomas' question for me?
