JH, I need to file a complaint against a used car dealership. I need to know is there an agency state or federal that i need to contact. If so can you please provide a link or a name that i can contact I'm in the state of texas.

Sorry....not allowed to give legal advice. I am both statutory and ethically prohibited from doing so. If you are concerned about consumer fraud, contact your local D.A.'s office and see if they have a Consumer Fraud office. Start there...and they may be able to guide you.

Try the Better Business Bureau.

This is minor but you may want to check with the Better Business Bureau to make a complaint.

Here is also a link I found for The Attorney General of Texas, I specifically pointed you to the Consumer Protection section. It appears that you can file a complain on line!
