i just think that bet has turned into mtv, and they both suck. i thought the league would have learned its lesson on how crappy mainstream is after the superbowl fiasco, but if they feel the need to be popular on total access thats fine. but there aren't too many people i know that actually think the halftime shows is any good anymore. i just think radio hip hop beats sound like a broken record, so do the lyrics on half the stuff. but hey, to each his own.

Same here, but include .2pac,red and meth, jadakiss, the whole Eminem, 50cent, G-unit, D12, and Rocafella records and the best rapper of ALL TIME JAY Z.
i had pac and redman listed, and meth is wu-tang. i can't believ you think jay-z is the greatest of all time. jay-z is a goofy bastard. not that i don't like his stuff, but he is goofy as hell.

LOL Jay Z goofy.....now why would you say that...I just want to know.

I like J......he is one of the only rappers that can lay down a track and does not write his stuff down, he goes in the studio hears the beat and spits. 10 albums 6 or 7 of them Platinum. Dont have alot of drama in his life, no kids running around and no baby mama drama. The Kat came in the rap game with $900k saved up from his street game. Takes care of his mommy, sisters and his nephews like they his kids. Multi-million dollar clothing company, film company "WOODSMN" staring Kevin Bacon. Part owner of the NJ Nets, owner of the 40/40 club. Bought Armendale Vodka one of the best distillers overseas.

he's still goofy, and his music ain't all that. seems he's a better businessman, than rap artist. i personally think dre is the greatest of all time. all the way from NWA, to present, and he's still in the game. the guy is nothing short of genius. not to mention, the talent he's found and helped to stardom.

Man dre is not a rapper, he never really wrote ....he has "GHOSTWRITERS" Dre is one of the best producers ever. Just like little kim has "ghostwriters.

i really can't put a finger on it. maybe just the way he looks. i don't know. maybe the whole "hard knock life" thing. its just the first impression i got of him, and it stuck.

Jays lyrics are hot if you listen to his CD. Even "change clothes" had great lyrics but most people only listened to the hook.

Beyond that Jay isn't my favorite rapper, NAS is my favorite rapper.

I hate commercial rap, I like something that has some substance, a story, or a meaning behind it. Most rappers out here are cookie cutter crooks. 90% of them have no talent and all they can rhyme about are cars, woman, money, violence. He really cares about who much money you got, or who you screwin? I for one don't, for the simple reason that Im not you.

I tend to like Common, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, NAS, AZ, Kanye, EM...there are some more.

My top 3 rappers of all time.

1 or 2
Biggie or 2-pac.(No way to seperate them)

3. Jay Z is the best right now.

Kanye is the best new artist. That act at the BET awards show with Yoalanda Adams was just sick.

I was kind of dissapointed when I heard that tape Em made when he was younger. Incase some of you don't know he made a tape making some racial and bad remarks in regards to black women.

EM definately has talent, but is not one the best of all time.

He had a rocky start...and I've never claimed to be a fan of rap at all; however, some of his recent stuff I find to be very good.

i like E. he dosen't give a $@*% who he offends in his music. even though he's a white boy he's more hardcore than half the posers in the game, but his last album was a bit radio. slim shady and marshall mathers LPs were both good, and not all "mtv-ish", even though it did get a lot of play on that network. i even thought 8-mile was good, but he should stick to music.
