League won't fine Parcells for remark

Dallas Cowboys coach Bill Parcells won't be fined by the NFL for calling surprise plays used in practice "Jap plays," a remark for which he later apologized and called inappropriate.

NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said Tuesday that no action would be taken by the league against Parcells.

how can they fine him? there is this thing called freedom of speech. unfortunantly i have to side with the head puke..... SAY WHAT YOU WANT, and let everybody else sort it out!!!!
