He wants to get his point across that he wants to renegotiate his contract. It's not likely that he will hold out very long. He is in the final year of his contract and he knows how the Eagles work by usually not signin there players back. However, Simon is a young DT and Ried believes that everything starts at the lines on both sides of the ball, so I think they will get something worked out.
