... I won't celebrate the demise of the Eagles just yet, if that's okay with you guys.

While they haven't played it yet, they still have a pretty good team that I am NOT looking forward to facing.

You have to wonder if the leg and the injury is causing him to flinch more or if the holdout by Duce is wreaking that much havoc on the team - the Philly fan site is really full of people screaming about not running.

Just thinking out loud really

Can you imagine - Andy Reid turns the team around 180 degrees, takes em to the playoffs and they are looking for his head? Talk about being ungrateful fans....

If Spurrier takes us to the divisional championship 2 years in a row I would friggin be begging him to stay...

me too on the Spurrier comment

I think Duce is still pissed about his holdout deal.

Philly is in trouble and starting to feel the effects of losing some many quality players....and not paying they're stars....the one they did pay, McNabb, is struggling mightily.

I'm not ready to stage Philly's funeral yet. Like I've said in the past I am feeling better about our chances against them every week. It is surprising how bad they have looked -- but I don't wanna be one of the 20 'experts' who are saying McNabb is done. He may just smack them in the mouth in a few weeks. After we beat them of course. :)

philly has a week off to think about all of the turmoil too. i don't doubt them at all though, that first post i made was strictly in humor. they are always strong against division rivals.

I agree h.s. - I won't trust 'em to be dead til we dun kilt and skint em ourselfs :)

I wouldn't, under any circumstances, be hoping for better than a 9-7 right now with our sched. If we pull that off, I would be highly impressed considering our opponents. Things are just merry with Buffalo and NE and Miami - not to mention Seattle, the Iggies twice, the Jints twice and the Pukes twice. On top of that we get Tampa and the Ain'ts. We have a long road to hoe, but if the team sticks together and doesn't give the fight up... we can do better than the critics think.

I was overly optimistic when I answered a poll 10-6 for our final record, but I think we can do it with injuries remaining minimal and the Oline getting their heads out of their backsides and keeping P-Ram healthy!
