since the Skins advertised for him, no one has bitten. so unfortunately, it looks like a post June 1st cut and nothing gained.

That sucks they should have tried to get some value for him he is a valuable player himslef.

Hard to get anything for a guy with such a huge cap hit to whoever takes him (because JT is entering the heavy back-loaded part of his contract).

Cant we trade him and the team that picks him up reworks his contract.That way they know they will not have any competition trying to sign him.Remember alot of teams just finished mini-camps and may not like what they seen in some of those guys they have on the roster at that LB position.

No team would take him without FIRST having a re-worked contract in place... after all, they'd be on the hook if they COULDN'T reach a different agreement.
The guy has been on the block for months... i'm sure on Draft day we'd have taken ANY pick for him, and nothing came of it.
No team is going to give up anything when they know they can get him for nothing come June 1st.

First any team interested has huge leverage over the skins becuase they know hes going to be cut. Second there is such a low demand for that position that when he does get cut there problay will be not that many suitors. The only team who i heard that was interested so far was the seahawks.
