The 2004 schedule for the Washington Redskins was released last month [Sports, April 15]. Five of the eight away games begin at 1 p.m. on Sunday, as once was standard in the National Football League. The Philadelphia game and Dallas game are at 4:15 p.m.; San Francisco starts at 5 p.m.

WA WA... if you don't like your team having primetime attention then sell your tickets. I don't know about you guys, but I love night games... plus, you don't have to get up at the butt crack of dawn to tailgate. Sure, it makes for a long day at work on Monday or Tuesday, but it's 3 days out of the year... keep the night games and late starts coming!

I agree jwebst1. I like those night games better. I can't believe there worried about it affecting senior citezens who probably don't work anymore anyways.

every game should be a night game,Id love it , tailgate all day and then go to the game, what can be more enjoyable then that
Plus the atmosphere at the night games is much better, probaly becuase there is no senior citizens there
(sorry if you are over 65)

I get up at 2:45am for work, but I still don't mind the night games. jwebst1 is right it's only 3 days out of the year. I'll take a nap or if I'm really tired I'll call in sick.
