Hmmm, so the staff tells the fans "open competition" because thats what "fans" would expect...but the players in the league KNOW how it really is. This is the first time I heard a comment from a player on the QB "competition"...well, if that really was D-Mac at that site (My BS Detector is flickering).

I believe that was Darnerien because he's made comments similar to that to me regarding different things the past couple years. Sounds just like him.

Wish he would come back to our site.

How could we get rid of Rod Gardner. He's our number 1 rated passer. I mean 66.7% touchdown percentage is pretty impressive!

rod gardner can't catch... so we might as well make him a QB... just kidding... i like gardner.. i might pick him up late in my fantasy draft this year... he might break out with Darnerian numbers... (a lot of td's)

Man I would be hyped to see that!!!

I can see our receivers really breaking out this year with Brunell throwing the ball. He didn't have the greatest receivers with the Jags the past couple of years. Not to mention teams will be worrying about Portis!

Gardner has to learn how to catch before he can get TD's. We'll work on that with him in camp though....
