Running back Dare Ogunbowale signed his tender to remain in Jacksonville.
You may remember that he entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2017 with the Texans, but spent time on the practice squad of the Washington Football Team as a rookie.
He played two games for Washington in 2017.
