We get the Vikings at home after a bye week ... the opening line had us as favorites by 2 points and that's with the knowledge that we will be without one of our best offensive players - LT Trent Williams - next man up

We are lucky they are in a 3 game slide right now, 4 weeks ago this looked like a very difficult game... still will be a tough one. I think the key to the game will be our defense. As long as they stop Sam BADford like they should be able to do, I think my we can score a few times and that should be all we need to do

Nice that we're coming off the BYE and the Vikings are struggling.

Seems like a toss up game to me, especially because these coaches know each other well. One thing I like though is that the team has done well against Bradford in the past. They should be looking at how the Eagles totally wrecked him a few weeks ago.

I'll be dissapointed if we don't hand them their azzes honestly. Our weak link is Run D, and they have no run game... at all. Kirk should be able to find open receivers and put up enough points to make Badford 1 dimensional. I like our chances if we force them to beat us in the air especially.

So sick of hearing how good the pukes are, a dominant win is in order and hopefully a couple of crushing losses for the cowbums leading to the turkey day duel!!

I'm with you, man. I keep waiting for someone to smack them down, but no dice yet.

A win on Turkey day would be epic!

They haven't faced any adversity yet man... and haven't convinced me that they are any better then us. We had that game in the bag, and just pissed it away.

Luckily, adversity will come. Dez is about to boil over with his 16 catches in 5 games or what ever... Ohno getting healthy and the QB controversy to follow.. all that coupled with some bad losses- should bring then crashing back down to reality! Followed by the bottom of the division!

That's what sucks about winning the east last year. We face all the top teams where they get to battle the scrubs. Not a fan of the whole strength of scheduling thing. It aught to be more equal and balanced. Not make it harder to repeat and easier for the bottom of the division team to climb the ranks.

It's only two games difference. And with the way the NFL goes year to year, it's rare that teams are as strong one year as they are the next.

They are likely to finish 13-3 they don't play any other hard teams. Outside of the division they play the lions, vikings, steelers, bucs, and ravens. Maybe they lose 1 of those, and lose 1 division game.

Our Achilles heel against them is their strength is the run, which happens to be our weakness.

I could see them losing any of those highlighted games (before recent events, I would have added the Vikes) and division games are always a toss-up. I see anywhere from 10-6 to 12-4 for them, and a quick exit from the playoffs.

Ya that's true... however, could also equate to a 4 game swing! Which definitely can be a big deal
Definitely be nice to whoop up on the 49ers this year tho.. hopefully we can have the same outcome vs the panthers though!

49ers? But this just illustrates my point. Before the season the Cardinals and Panthers looked like definite losses, but they have turned out to have a combined record of 6-9-1 and look very beatable now. It's very hard to stay consistently good year after year in today's NFL.

I see the pukes dropping much more games then that! Lions Stealers Bucs! Ravens and even the Vikes if they can force Dak to beat them and shut down Zeke.
THEN, NYg sweep them, Philly gets revenge at home from the OT loss, and we take out our anger on them in a repeat of "RG3 shreds cowboys" *real newspaper article from the 2012 thanksgiving massacre!!!

7-9... unless Ohno comes back for his one win and lands their usual record of 8-8

Not scared of the Vikings at alllllll. Defense is overrated and they honestly do not match up well against us. If we put the pressure on them with touchdowns and not field goals we should win the game. I hope we are not conservative and want to make this into a close game, because in that case I think we will lose.

there is nobody on the schedule that we cannot beat but the next game up is the only game that counts

it does not matter one iota what our opponents did well in another game - all that matters each week is that we play our best

the players just need to believe in themselves and their coaches

8 games to go - we only need to focus on one at a time

most here felt that we were an 8 or 9 win team and most would have looked at the second half as being the more difficult - fortunately, a number of teams that we have to play are not playing as well as they are capable - this is a microcosm of the NFL, possibly the only team in the NFL that has not played badly at times is the Patriots since Brady returned - we can win all 8 games

Winning games in the NFL is simply a matter of which team plays better together on Sunday - not having a key player on offense or defense is not as big a key as having whomever replaces that player, just doing his job - losing a LT is not important as long as the guy that comes in just does his job, he doesn't have to measure up with who he replaced, he just needs to do his job

The Redskins don't need to win all of their remaining games, just this game, this week - we will win if we play together
