Breeland supposedly upset at how Norman was going to be used

The talk show Redskin shows are talking about this report that Breeland was upset that Norman was going to shadow the # 1 receivers and the coaching staff didn't do it over the first two games.
Now my question is this, there have been many reports that Breeland had a great camp. They also said he did better than Norman. If that's true then they would have never needed to shadow other teams top receivers with Norman. Let's also bring up Barry's comments when asked about why Norman wasn't on Brown or Bryant especially when how Breeland was scored on twice the first game? Barry said there is no 1 on 1 coverage because its too complicated. So in other words basic defensive concepts employed by every other team we can't do because our secondary is too stupid? This coming from a defensive coordinator that was 0-16 in Detroit and was a basic linebacker coach in San Diego.
Didn't Ricky Jean Francious also state that the defensive coaches don't make any adjustments?
Is it me or does it seem that Joe Barry is on his way out of DC for incompetence?
Would this be happening had we hired Wade Phillips or Vic Fangio??

It's you ... you're making me look good
we didn't hire Wade Phillips or Vic Fangio - that's a stupid question
most here did not expect too much from this defense but we did expect a lot more than we've seen so far from the offense
it's only been 2 games and McVay and Barry will help their players but the players also need to help the coaches
Breeland, from all reports, had a really good camp, he has not played that well so far ... it's only been 2 games
hopefully he and many others, start playing to their capabilities

My question or topic of discussion is the low ranking on our defense, the point that Vic nor Wade were hired when the DC position was opened and who in their right mind, with any football understanding would hire a 0-16 coach? Even him coaching LB's in San Diego I don't recall any of them making the pro bowl or being feared. Yor right it's only been 2 games but what happens when it's 4 or 6 or 8 games? I am sorry I believe we have more than enough talent to have this a respectable defense. It's the play calling and scheme and the lack of ability to adjust to what offenses are doing that continues to make this defense so putrid.

This is so stupid I wasn't even going to bother responding to it but let's cut the crap:
Breeland isn't in charge of who plays on who. He never was and never will be. That was a coaching decision. That is a coaching decision. It will never be a player decision.
Instead of listening to stupid crap like this from idiot mouthpieces who get paid to stir the pot try reading the comments from Ricky Jean-Francois in the Washington Post.
Do us all a favor and don't waste our time with this BS.

Breeland better be worrying about Victor Cruz and Sheppherd. They are tough enough as it is. I see maybe trailing a guy the Dallas game and even Pittsburgh but Giants have more weapons than any team we have faced thus far.
Cruz could be just as much as problem as Odell.

I agree - it's nitpicking to think the defensive players are 'upset' or that we might have been better off with somebody else - Barry was picked by brighter minds than us to be the DC here and that decision was not made based on what he or any other potential DC had done in the past but more importantly by what he might get done here
our DC and OC are fairly well regarded by the more knowledgeable NFL guys
Breeland and Norman can handle Beckham and Cruz as long as they get help - success on the defensive side starts with the front 7

From what I remember they wanted a guy that was still young and energetic and can create a scowl on his face. They ignored competency lol.

So brighter minds chose a coach to be the DC that has a resume that consists of a 0-16 record holding the same position in Detroit? I mean you actually wrote was picked by brighter minds than us? Maybe you but surely not anyone with any trait of having common sense and the defensive product that has been shown proves he is clueless.
What has he got done while being here other than being consistently ranked at the bottom of Defensive rankings in the NFL?
Thank you I needed this good laugh this morning.

I wasn't talking about you. I was talking about the radio mouthpieces making this stuff up. Perhaps you could have asked for clarification instead of going full ad hominem.
