Cuz he lobbied against Kellen Winslow Jr.

Hmmmmmmm ...... He knew Winslow would be Boom/Bust.
I wonder is Winslow is mad at Portis for saying this. They were college teammates.

Yeah....saw that clip too. He would call Gibbs and say "Sean"............"Sean".....then hang up.
