Doesn't it suck that no matter how bad either team is doing the battle is always a nail biter

To be fair, nearly everybwin the past some odd years vs any team has been a got damned nail biter!!

With that said, most rivals are like that... And the record is thrown out the window due to the level of heart that each team plays with- see OU losing to a TERRIBLE Texas team smmfh

in recent years the only nemesis has been the giants - both franchises need this game badly - it's at our place and we will not be denied

actually, we're winning both games against the stupid pukes this season ... because we can

The truth is??? the rivalry has lost quite a bit of it's sting throughout the years, it doesn't hold the
same feelings it did back when Landry and Allen coached. fans may still hate each other bitterly
but even that is beginning to not feel the same as well

years of failure can do that sometimes guess we're all going to have to take a big
bite of the **** sandwich and realize it just ain't what it used to be

the Redskins/Cowboys rivalry may not be as strong as it used to be but there are many of us that will never, ever, not be really up for a game against the stupid low-life cow-pukes and there are so many former puke players that I have little to no respect for

one of the most disappointing games I ever watched was the pukes only win one season was against the GREAT Washington Redskins

Sadly this is so true. Even listening to the players now they just say it means a lot to the fans but you don't hear players getting all that pumped up about it like they used to. My brother is a cowboys fan and i a redskins fan, for years we loved to get bragging rights over these games and hated when the phone rang after the game if our team didn't win. Now, it's maybe a comment here and there....it sure isn't the same.

not us...George Preston Marshall just needed to relent that final vote in 59, that is all the other owners and the
comissioner wanted out of him, and there never would have been a taking away of that precious fight song

Dallas and others would have entered the league and began play in 1960 and who knows what could have been
from there on out? but because Marshall had to be a dick!! because he was so full of himself arrogant and wanting
the entire world to himself..he held out and everyone not just Dallas turned against him and did what was right!!!

the saga continues Dallas gets all the bum players others can muster quickly off the roster, Dallas isn't afforded a real draft

Then Dallas got better and better, found there way to back to back title games, then won their first conference title,

And just like us, you've yet to win a Superbowl since the 90's. It sure does suck.

Maybe some are getting old, but this rivalry means every bit as it ever has to ME.

The players still get jacked, just need the vets to lead the way in the heated rivalry.. winning in Dullass last year vs the first real contending puke team Ohno has had is evidence enough that the players are still about it.

Breeland learned as a Rook to loathe Dez and the rest of puke nation...

It is real, maybe you're old, but the rivalry continues until death!!

There are a couple of recent HOF inductees that played for the pukes that are not HOF players IMO - I will not even mention them

most of that is solely based on my feelings for the puke franchise they played for

There's only one I can think of and it wasn't all that recent. Charles Haley got in for what he did in San Francisco, not for his time in Dallas. Five rings is hard to overlook.

I miss the years when the entire "actual" NFC East took turns kicking the Bills...

What I miss??? is the competitiveness of the NFC East and the intensity/passion
that it brang every season. it made it fun when? you could pretty much look at
who you were playing and say yep we'll win, Not with an arrogance but such
confidence cause you knew you were that damn good
